I have decent specs for UE4 but I can't just use it

I’m trying to switch from CryEngine to UE4 because I think it is more practical and I have these specs:

  • I5 4590
  • GTX 950
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 500 GB HDD

I think they are decent for running UE4 but it stucks everytime without any reason and I need to restart it everytime.
For example when I put a texture in the scene and it compiles shaders the editor slows down or my computer get stuck and I can’t even move the cursor.

8 GB Ram is a bit… well 16 GB sometimes is still not enough. But as far as I know, it should not get stuck or block the cursor. I also started with 8 GB Ram a few years ago.
