What is best way to achieve obstacle avoidance?

How to make my car avoid obstacles effectively? What should I do? Which is the better option? using AI sensors or using navmesh. I can avoid obstacle in run-time using navmesh but I can’t figure out a way to keep my car on road and reach a target (If you know how to approach this please post your answer below) and if I try to use AI sensors and a path to follow then it’s pretty buggy as I saw in some videos and it can not decide it’s own path to reach the target if multiple paths ahead. So please help me out by answering my questions and if possible post link to any tutorial related to this. Thank-you in advance!

Hi, is your problem solved ? Cause i have some issues with my “AI” made with Road and Collsion sensor boxes, due to an old bug with UE… All my sensors works normally once in four… But it seems to work.
