EPhysicalSurface Switch only activating default

Hey there, did you create the physical material and assigned it into the a regular material ? Try following this tutorial.

I am trying to use surface detection for my projectiles to switch between surfaces depending on what material is hit. (note, I am using Wwise for mu audio).

I don’t know why but it only rtiggers the default sound. I have created blueprints and assigned the materials correctly. Does anyone have any ideas?
