Cant Build Project - Unkown Error

Im getting an error when trying to package to Win-64,

I have the latest visual studio with everything as unreal suggests, tried removing the 3 folder and still nothing.

There are no C++ files that I created.

The only plugin I use is Substance.

Any help would be much appreciated

Tried everything and after about 10-20 different attempts I got it. Im posting this just in case anyone else has a bug like this.

Go into the Unreal Launcher and verify the game, for some reason i had over 100mb to re download.
