I have the next hardware:

  1. processor: Amd A9-9420 radeon R5 3.0 Ghz (2 CPUs)
  2. Ram memory: 12 gb
  3. Vram: 512 mb
  4. video card: Amd radeon R5 graphics (total memory aprox: 6120mb)

Without having all the details I would say that your system isn’t powerful enough. The min spec for CPU is a Quadcore and from what i can tell your CPU is older laptop dual core.
