Textures are always pixelated

It always looks pixelated no matter what, same when I set it to No Mip Maps.

This is in a project I worked on for a long time, suddenly everything got displayed pixelated. This happened after I deleted the intermediate folder to fix issues with making a build, succesfully made a build with package developement. Now in editor play everything looks like this. I also tried reimporting and various settings in the import settings, shader got also recompiled several times with no change. Filter is set to default and I did not change anything on the INIs. All graphics settings are set to Epic.

It was just a UV offset parameter set to 55555. I guess a case of floating point imprecision.
