Convoluted bloom causes 70 fps drop

I am not sure if this is a bug but convuluted bloom causes a 70 fps drop in fullscreen mode when all of my geometry is hidden. So 0 draw calls but 55 fps max… but when i set it to normal bloom it skyrockets past 120 fps… This is on a gtx 980m graphics card.

Apparently convoluted bloom not meant for real time… This is normal behavior.
