Epic games launcher freeze my pc

Hello. I’m trying to install UE4, everything goes normal but after approximately 10 mins later (it vary), my whole PC freeze and I need to force shutdown with the power button. What should I do?

This freeze only happen when downloading with Epic Games Launcher.
