I know this question was asked previous, but it has been marked as “resolved” so I’m asking again as those solutions offered did not work for me.

I’ve tried rotating it, it just reacts like a spot light. I’ve also set the attenuation radius far enough so that nothing gets chopped off. This is a modern streetlight’s .ies file.
