Camera-rotation stops when mouse hits wall of Gamewindow
I'm not sure if this is intended behavior but https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/API/Runtime/Engine/GameFramework/APlayerController/ does not say that we should not set this variable in the BeginPlay() so therefore I assume that it is a bug.
and putting it somewhere else (like toggling it with a key) fixes the problem. But putting it in BeginPlay() bugs it again.
