Navigation Mesh Gap can't be removed

I’m having a strange issue where my nav mesh has a gap in it that I cannot get it to remove. I have completely replaced the floor. Also I have deleted all other actors but the floor and nav volume and it still persists.

It looks as though the gap occupies an area that covers the size and shape of the meshes that used to compose the ground in an earlier version of the map. However those meshes have long since been removed and yet the gap remains.

I have tried all the project settings to force the nav mesh to rebuild on map load but nothing seems to fix it.

Anyone have any ideas how I might fix this?

This was my own bug. Always gotta find it right after I post a question. Was some invisible geometry in another sub-map. :I
