Is there a way to change what input type is displayed based on the platform you're designing for?

If you wanted to make the input action and axis mappings for a certain system where would you find that setting? For example changing the input for a ps4 so it says x, square, triangle, circle instead of the default gamepad input options

All axis and action input mapping is under Project Settings → Input. In it you can define the binding for multiple systems at once.
