Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Applying material to static mesh.

I created brush like this.

Next after setting up size I created static mesh using the create static mesh option.

But when I'm trying to apply material that looks normally in the preview:

I get this really bright blinding effect:

simple material:

material I showed earlier. alt text

I noticed that when I apply material to static mesh created like this:

It works just I wanted it to work, and I get the effect like it shows in the preview of the material: alt text

So here's my question what's the difference between creating static mesh from a brush and this "pre-made" static mesh. Also how would I need to apply the material to static mesh so it doens't just glow like sun and get the desired effect?
