Applying material to static mesh.

I created brush like this.

Next after setting up size I created static mesh using the create static mesh option.

But when I’m trying to apply material that looks normally in the preview:

I get this really bright blinding effect:

simple material:

material I showed earlier.

I noticed that when I apply material to static mesh created like this:

It works just I wanted it to work, and I get the effect like it shows in the preview of the material:

So here’s my question what’s the difference between creating static mesh from a brush and this “pre-made” static mesh. Also how would I need to apply the material to static mesh so it doens’t just glow like sun and get the desired effect?

Hey there, see if this helps.
