should i update to higher GPU to get higher fps?

hello every one :slight_smile:

I’m currently facing a low fps especially when I change my view to full screen. However, I solved the problem by changing some of the post process volume properties which dramatically drop the scene to a bad visualization (not realistic). My question is can get high fps with good and realistic scene by updating to a higher GPU? note that currently I’m using NIVIDIA Quadro 4000 (2 GB) and I want to update to NIVIDIA Quadro K5000 (4GB).

Fast card equals better performance, of course.
What’s the reasoning behind getting a quadro card? Why not 1070 or 1080?

Not sure what you’re budget is…

Because I know that i can find quadro in the locale market where i am from, otherwise i have to order it online and that can take sometime:)

I see. Consider all pro and cons. A video card is something that’s going to stay with you for at least 2-3 years. Perhaps it’s worth the wait. Again, price will play a major role surely.
