If I have a spell, How can i make it only usable if I have a target? And to always aim at that target?

I have a spell that fires out, I’m curious if it’s possible to make a targetting system in blueprint and how to go about doing that. I also want my spell to only be usable If i have an enemy target selected and i want the spell to go toward the target I have selected.
