[Sequencer] You can't zoom out or pan around the timeline in Sequencer if you zoom in on a keyframe past a certain point, unless you double click or if you don't zoom in an extra step when the timeline turns dark gray.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new project.
  2. Right click in the Content Browser - Animation - Level Sequence.
  3. Create either a master sequence, an animation sequence, or a “shot_[number]” (as per the official “Cinematics with Sequencer” Youtube tutorial).
  4. Click the green “+Track” button - “Actor to Sequence”, and choose something from the scene.
  5. Add a keyframe anywhere on the timeline (for example, for the “Transform” track).
  6. Hold Ctrl and zoom in using the mouse scroll on that keyframe until you can’t zoom in any more.
  7. Try to zoom out or pan around the timeline.

Result:

You can’t zoom out or pan around the timeline any more. Only if you double click, which brings you back to 100% zoom level, or, if you zoom in close enough until the screen goes dark but you don’t zoom in one extra mouse wheel increment.

Expected Result:

You should be able to zoom out freely. It happens to me during this root motion “workaround”: Cinematics with Sequencer: Subscene Animation 2 | 07 | v4.12 Tutorial Series | Unreal Engine - YouTube (using UE 4.18.2), but I noticed it happens anywhere else during that tutorial, and inside of any “breadcrumb” (Master, Shot_04 or Animation). It’s weird having it lock up like that.
