Can't package game on 4.3

When I try to package my game on 4.3 for Windows 64-bit or 32-bit, the process fails.

I’m using a source build and my game uses both Blueprint and C++. I’ve set my default server game mode to something else than “None”.

I’ve tried performing a full rebuild of the editor and my game in both “Development” and “Development Editor” with no discernable effect.

EDIT: It appears I can package for Linux without any issues.

I’m at a loss here - any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur.
