Linking assests directory

Hi ,i am using unreal for Architectural Visualization and we need to do more than 1 projects every month. And on one project more than 1 people works using different machine on network. So copying the content to each project simply increases the memory of the network drive. So whether there is any way other than copying the content to engine folder of each machine, to just link the content assets folder to server which would be accessible to all machine on the network without copying and simply adding up the space.

Please help if there is any way around to do so.
