Creating array in GameInstance failing

I have a variable - WorldMapArray stored inside my GameInstance. I’m trying to fill it out to match an array inside a BluePrint. To start with, I simply need to fill out the WorldMapArray with 0s just to make sure it’s actually getting the information. So far, it is not (I’m getting 0 for the length, according to my PrintString). Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong here?
