Hi all.
Here is my nightmare, this has been going on for 9 days.
I read the WWW, did lots of “twisting” as well as deleting meshes, objects, actors, and this is the error warning I have got.

It seems that I have a FileAccess user right issue; however, everything that I am using comes from the web and from folks sharing, freely, their work.

Can anyone explains to me how to find this file, I’d love to NUKE IT OFF my project!

Thank you very much.

Hello!

I had this same exact problem before a few times. Unfortunately the way i solved this problem is by sorting out all of my actors to different folders then started deleting them one by one. I have such a large project that it took almost two weeks to find. The problem was one radio actor that i downloaded from the web. Evidently the naming on the object was causing it to fail.

Another time i had this issue i had to do the same thing, but since everything was organized it only took a day to fix. The issues this time was i had two objects named the exact same naming convention. The reason it happened was when i was duplicating assets. Evidently it bugged and kept the same name.

I know it can be a long process but trust me. After everything i tried and weeks of trying to troubleshoot the problem
organizing and slowly deleting your actor is the best solution.

Cheers!

Also the last part of your error message “because it is being used by another process” is another reason why i believe two of your actors have the same name since everything must have a unique name.

Geez kingace3, this is the exact answer. I did move lots of kinds of stuff around by using DRAG and MOVE HERE…

I gave up around 5 Am last night. I took two of my folders and deleted pretty much everything that was inside for I decided to restart the project from scratch…
As I am writing this, I for fun decided to rebuild the light on the old project… guess what, it’s building 3961 “whatever” without a PB.

It’s too bad that I tried to solve it on my own, feeling guilty to come here and ask questions.
My bad I will not hesitate next time lol

(Just realized that my PC is so powerful that I can build swarm lights for two large projects at the same time)
soooooo I am going to keep them both on, but one will have daytime and the other night time.

Thx again for your help.
