UE4 breaking Oculus Home?

I recently received my Oculus Rift and have played Robo Recall and several others games. I decided a week ago to jump into developing a game using UE4 and everything works great. However, unfortunately, when I exit UE4 and decide to play another game or watch a movie, Oculus Home is stuck somewhere between running my UE4 game and Oculus Home “home”(?) at the same time. So, I proceeded to restart Oculus Home and then I am faced with a weird issue. My Rift, will turn on, indicated by the sensor light turning white, all of my camera sensors turn on and then my Rift will turn off and the little white light turns to orange. I can still hear sound and the camera sensors are on. I’ve done several resets to the oculus services which did nothing. Unfortunately, the only solution was to restart my computer. This is obviously not ideal and I don’t want to have to reset my computer every time. I’ve done google searches but didnt find this particular issue as it only happens after I close down UE4.

My GPU Drivers are up to date.
Windows 10
GTX 1070

Has anyone else experiences these issues and maybe has the answer to why it happens and what I can do to fix it?

Issue still happens even after I reinstalled Oculus Home.
I also opted into the Beta and issue is still there.
