Removing buttons from the editor window

The following buttons are shown at the top of the editor window:

Given the size of my window, I have to click the right arrow to see the Play button. Otherwise, I have to expand the window so that it is wide enough to show the rest of the buttons.

Is there any way to rearrange the buttons or remove some that I don’t need? For example, I know how to get to the Marketplace and don’t need that button there. I would much rather have room for the Play button instead.

theres also a ui scaling option somewhere but i dont remember where

Not sure if you can hide them one by one but you can make them much smaller:
