Is it possible to only allow imported files from specific directory? Or have unreal collect source files and move them appropriately?

Some of our artists - including me have the bad habit of importing from their local machine and neglecting to submit their final files into our art depot.

Down the line our animators often have to cycle back to us to remind us to submit source files.

Anyone have a good solution for this? Maybe some scripting tricks that check the uasset against the existence of a source file location and then makes corrections or at least reminds the user the source files are in a bad location?
