Epic games launcher uses 50% of my cpu and i’m not even downloading, installing or using something related to it. Any fixes ?
It probably needs an update or is downloading one in the background. if your not actively using it (opening a game) you could always just close it.
I have the same problem. It started probably around midnight (UTC +01:00).
The Epic Games Launcher constantly takes up one core of my CPU without doing anything visible.
The Launcher has stopped to waste one CPU core. I assume the reason was, that the “friends servers” were offline (or unreachable). Now they are back online again and the launcher behaves normal.
