Normal is flipped on moving, dynamic actors?

I’m not sure where to put this, but I guess it’s a bug with 4.19? I’ve had this scene since 4.14 and none of them ever exhibit this. This is an implementation of Flappy Bird.

Note on the first screenshot, all the pipes normals are reversed. These things spawn at beginplay and animated using timeline to their random height. Note the bird prototype on this screenshot is normal. It has not started moving and therefore the object’s normal on is normal.

On the second screenshot, note that after the bird starts moving, the normal on the bird is now flipped.

On the third screenshot, I have manually inserted the same pipe actor on scene. And it looks normal despite moving into place.

I’m not sure what’s causing this. Any ideas?
