Why is reflection capture, lights and every other actor in my project tinted red ?
No Matter what I try every actor in my project is tinted red ? could someone please tell me the cause for this and how I can correct it?

This could be due to the warning messages shown on your screenshot. Have you tried building the lighting and texture stream? Here is a document walking through the steps on how to build texture streams:

Build lighting: To build lighting only, click the drop down arrow next to "Build" at the top of the editor and click "Build Lighting Only."
