Why is reflection capture, lights and every other actor in my project tinted red ?

No Matter what I try every actor in my project is tinted red ? could someone please tell me the cause for this and how I can correct it?

done light build and increased r.streaming.poolsize the screen shows no errors but still the redness persists

This could be due to the warning messages shown on your screenshot. Have you tried building the lighting and texture stream? Here is a document walking through the steps on how to build texture streams:

Build lighting: To build lighting only, click the drop down arrow next to “Build” at the top of the editor and click “Build Lighting Only.”

Is there a way that you can repro the project for me? That redness does not occur generally so without repro steps or a repro project it would be difficult for me to figure out what the issue is at hand.
