Android games are optimization disaster in ue4

EXTREME!!! FPS DROPSS!!!(Please HELP)
So I have been working on porting my game to Android, so far everything was good!!

  1. optimized lighting
  2. .reduced dynamic lights to zero in all stages except 1
  3. Reduced size of texture, max size I am using is 128
  4. Turned off shadows
  5. removed foliages
  6. All materials only have base texture, no normals nothing
  7. All major BPs event ticks are set to 0.2 seconds intervals
  8. No simulating actors
  9. Physics is set to 0.2 seconds
  10. No post-processing
  11. No HDR, NO MSAA nothing!!!

I have attached Images
One image is of ue4 standard mobile template giving fps of 27!!!
and other 3 are from my game
So what are we suppose to do, so that I can atleast get a constant good ol 50+fps
