Packaged game crashes on startup

Hi. One of my playtesters is getting a weird crash when he starts up the game. It says some of the .dll files are missing.

He is using the following graphics cards:
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
and "NVIDIA GeForce 610M

i have read that this could be because his graphics card is too bad for ue4. Did someone encountered this error ?

Any chance you fixed it? Running into the same problem, but I’m on a 1070 GTX
