Can't "Enable" input anymore ((Help))

This is driving me nuts. Why doesn’t this work anymore. I can pull up tuts that say to do this, and tuts that say this is incorrect.?? I have used this method before, so thus why I am soo confused. Has this changed in 4.18? If so, how do I stop key strokes unless overlapping actor?

Okay so weird moment. The initial Actor BP would not function. I duplicated it and the copy works perfect. Deleted the first one and duplicated the next and works peachy. Must have been an actor malfunction. ??
