Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How do I create a light that fills the room

Hello,

I'm trying to create a scene but the light doesn't seem to reach the corners of the room like i want. I'm currently using BSP for the walls but i do plan on turning them into static meshes once i get everything set up. The side of the wall that the bed is on looks fine to me, but the opposite side is very dark. I'm also not using any IES profiles.Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

+ From movable lights you won't get GI! If there won't be any light movements use stationary or static lights: then you can bake your lighting and can achieve nice GI! You can also use a Postprocess volume and set a lower exposure manually to get a brighter scene...
