How to make light like in Darkwood?

How do they do it? Is it light or some kind of texture/post processing? I tried to recreate it but spotlight is pretty short (I’m not very knowledgeable in programming). I don’t know unity. Please, help.

in the video it looks like a combination of a point light and a spot light. you said the spotlight was pretty short, if i am understanding what you mean correctly i would suggest changing the attenuation radius in the details panel. that will make the light travel farther.

Also you mention you dont know unity. if your looking for help with unity your in the wrong place this is the unreal engine not the unity engine.
