My unreal engine 4.18 crash when load a level created in 4.16 version

the level load normally in 4.16, but in superior version crash the unreal

Make a full copy of your project, just for safety reasons, then delete the Intermediate, Build and Saved folders. Re-open the project and check if it works this time.

Ok. Did you perform a copy + conversion before opening it with 4.18? Maybe that didn’t go as expected. You can try to restart with the 4.16 project, duplicate and convert it in place. Make sure you make a full backup copy first and store it in a safe folder.

I’ve tried convert with the rigth click button, change versior, the project load, but when i open a specific level the project crash, in 4.17 and 4.18 version.
In 4.16 version this same level open normally.

Strange indeed. You can try to open the level in 4.16 then Migrate it to a new 4.16 project, then convert that project to 4.18 and finally Migrate the level again to your final 4.18 project.

I try open the project in 4.16, save a copy, copy and paste the folders in 4.18 project folders and in the end…not work.

You should not copy paste folders between versions. Just open a copy of your 4.16 project with 4.18 and the engine will prompt you to convert it.
