I’ve created flash games site [http://vevegames.com] and uploaded .swf files. Is there any way to remake swf games to html5? and replace them.

As far as I know, there’s no way to convert from swf to HTML5, but you can certainly reuse the assets and create the game in UE4 and build it for HTML5.
There is no conversion tool that can just convert all that into a HTML + JavaScript files with all the assets extracted from FLA files, and present you with an HTML index file that you can simply run and be on your merry away.
