Can you update/animate a Spline at Runtime?

Hey guys,just a quick simple question,can you update a Spline at Runtime?

Like lets say i have an orbiting Actor and a pawn. Lets say i wanted to connect the start of a spline to the pawn and the end to the actor at runtime and have the end update to the orbiting objects location per tick. Can i do it? Is it possible? i’ve been sort of messing around with it but with no luck.
