what game are you talking about? what are your computer specs?
If your looking for fortnite help your in the wrong place. if its unreal engine then we need way more info about your project. There are many things that could be the issue.
first in either case does your computer meet the min spec of the program. if it does close as many other programs and background processes as you can. also if you open task manager what are the values like there.
