Sound Wave Set To Streaming Does Not Update When Reimporting

Detailed description of the issue: If you set a sound wave to stream and then re-import the wav, the sound wave will not reflect the new wav.

For example, if you had a file called “Default_Sound” and it played the sound of a gunshot. You then re-imported that wav, but the sound itself was now an airhorn. Because the sound wave did not update, you would still hear the gunshot being played in game instead of the airhorn.

Repro Steps - Issue occurs 100 percent of the time.

Action 1 Set sound wave to streaming
Action 2 On event begin play call that sound wave on player character or at location.
Action 3 Listen to sound wave in game, change the .wav asset outside of game, and then reimport. Notice that the sound is not updated.
