FacialAnimationBulkImporter doesnt reload FBX file

The FacialAnimationBulkImporter plugin doesnt reimport fbx files:

The method ImportCurveTableFromNode(…) in FbxAnimUtils.cpp doesnt call FbxImporter->ReleaseScene(); before returning true. That way the FbxImporter doesnt reload successfully loaded files (is in the IMPORTED state).

Editor restart is the only workaround.
