Cascade Gpu Particle warm-up time broken

4.16 and up.

Gpu particles are unaffected by warmup time it seems.
what more to say.

Hey Luos, this is a known issue (UE-50313) however currently we are only fixing “critical” bugs in Cascade, as most resources are being put into Niagara. Unfortunately this is not something slated to be fixed.

hey Jon, while not critical for me its quite crucial for an effect I am creating for a client.
Do you know of any workarounds?
I mean yea I could just burst quite a few particles but that looks rather odd.
