Scene Outliner folder management?

I can’t move folders around way I want in scene outliner. I know I can sort it by type and name and all that but it doesn’t really give me control I need. For example http://i.imgur.com/F2YyDSp.png If i wanted to make this more like
A1
A2
etc
A10

You can name your folders A01, A02 … A10 and they should sort in order you want.

I can only move folders inside other folders, I can’t move them up and down

Hey deathclonic,

I have entered a feature request for ability to position folders in Scene Outliner for our developers to consider. In meantime, naming your folders with numerical prefix and arranging alphabetically as Dieselhead mentions is probably your best option.
