Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples

[Closed] UE4 crashed after fortnite update.

yesterday fortnite ran perfectly on my Dell inspiron 15 5000 series. Today, after updating, it kept crashing.

Hey guys, sorry to be 'that guy', but simply saying "i have that problem" doesn't solve anything. We KNOW that there's a problem. We don't need verification. Maybe we could help the guys out by giving them our computer model in case its the specific model that's the problem?

Really Epic. Really. I've had a bug happen to me every single day last week, each taking a good while to fix. And now this... Really. I have never had this problem with PUBG. Or any other game. Epic personally, I love your game but just the amount of bugs is too much.

7:00 pacific time, same issue with and instant crash between the launcher and unreal engine. My computer is the Dell Inspiron 15 5000 with Radeon graphics card as well.

OK..."I have the same problem LMAO... however I haven't been idle in trying to fix it this end and NOTHING I've done has helped, followed tutorials on fortnite crashes and POOP... it I believe is the actual update and waiting for them to fix it is agonizing IF they are even trying... I've sent report after report after report, no support when searching for it and no hint as noticing the bug or notifying us (that have the issue) that they are looking into it, just a crashing game, and quite frankly, with all the ingame issues and people that cheat with hacks, I'm so close to calling it quits. I've wasted enough time just trying to remedy the issue from my end
