Ragdoll explodes and stretches in game

My ragdoll seems to explode when i simulate physics using blueprint in game. It doesnt seem to use the PHAT ragdoll. I did assign the phat asset multiple times but it doenst work. When i try to use override PHAT it does simulate but it does it immidiatly at beginplay. How can i fix this issue? I also tried disabling collision on bodies in PHAT but that doesnt work either.
