UE4 Packaging failed becuase of "Advanced Sessions Plugin"(Blueprints)

Hello, i have a problem. Basically when I turn on the “Advanced Sessions Plugin” on, I can’t package my project. (I’m packaging on win 64-bit version) However, when I turn it off, my project is packaging perfectly. I hope there will be a “magician” who will help me. I appreciate for any help. Last thing that I want to say is that I tried to reinstall epic games launcher and the unreal engine. Yes I have win 10 sdk installed.

I came across a similar issue when I installed Advanced Sessions but I’m unsure if this is the answer here. I had to open the Visual Studios installer, wait for it to check stuff, click Modify (the other options were Repair and Cancel), then install the C++ library.
