How to put prerequisites good to launch Unreal Engine?

I have downloaded the Unreal Engine from the Epic Games Launcher but I can’t launch it. When I click in “launch” it gets stuck on “prerequisites” and gives the folowing error:

Please help, I need to fix that problem very fast.
