Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

its a first person perspective thats whats supposed to happen. lets do a little exercise shall we, stand up and notice the level of your eyes, now crouch down and notice how high off the ground they are. its the same effect as in the game right.

seriously though the camera is a child of the mesh in your character bp so it will move however the mesh does. to fix this just make the camera a child of the capsule.

also the blueprint you posted can be stripped down to about three nodes. get rid of the two set nodes, the branch , and the variable itself as they really arent needed. then just plus the pressed pin into the crouch node and the released pin into the uncrouch. this will accomplish the same end result and will perform better. while i know just losing a few nodes is minor to performance, if using the least amount of nodes to accomplish a task becomes habit it will serve you well in the long run
