I just tried to buy 25$ worth of vbucks with paypal but it says “Payment refused by PayPal, please use a different funding source.”

1092: Payment has been refused for security reasons. Please contact customer support by visiting help.xsolla.com.
I just want to use PostePay, The EpicGames will fix it?
