How can I build lighting with a blueprint node?

to use dynamic lightning you should setup dynamic environment, so change your sky material to reflect light changes immediately.

I want my character to trigger an event that changes the time of day by changing the direction of the sun (ie the game begins at twilight, and when the event is triggered, I want it to become night by rotating the directional light that is the sun.) The problem is, for the sky color to be changed, the light has to be built. How could I build the lighting mid-game with blueprints?

Sorry, I’m super new to unreal. How would I go about setting up a dynamic environment? If that’s really complicated to explain, could you direct me to some documentation? I couldn’t find an answer from my initial google search.
