Destructible mesh instantly disapears upon collision

I have two DMs in my scene that are the same DM (one is a copy of the other).

When one of the meshes has collision with a sphere, the other mesh dissapears and is completely gone from the scene view(it still exists in the Editor but i can’t find it).

I’ve come to find out that this happens when I have multiple DMs that collide with eachother etc.
is this a bug?

Happening due to a limitation of how many chunks can be in a level/scene.
The limit is 2000 frags, this can be tweaked in the .ini files.
