I am unable to delete an old build

I am under Windows 10, and I encountered a problem : I cannot delete an old Unreal build that I created. A message pops up, telling me I require authorization from the administrator. Needless to say, I am the only one using my computer and am obviously the administrator.

This is the first time I encountered this problem, and it only happens with Unreal builds.

So, two questions :
-How can I delete an old, useless build ?
-What can I do so this problem doesn’t occur again ?
